At WineOnline, we strive for excellence in every bottle, but if your selection arrives damaged or does not meet our quality standards, we offer a hassle-free return process within 30 days of purchase. Please note that due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened bottles unless the product is corked or defective.

Return Process

    Verification and Approval

    Our quality control team will review your request and may ask for photos of the label or cork to confirm the defect.

    Secure Packaging

    Once approved, carefully repack the bottle in its original specialized wine shipping container to ensure it remains upright and protected during transit.

  • 4.
    Refund or Replacement

    After we receive and inspect the item at our cellar, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship a replacement bottle at no extra cost.
